Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to clean the grease trap at the CAL FIRE Ponderosa Fire Center. A. Contractors shall provide grease trap cleaning and maintenance every four (4) months. The kitchen is equipped with several appliances, including but not limited to, a grease-fryer, stove, and multiple ovens that contribute to the grease accumulations. B. Grease trap maintenance and pumping are required to remove grease in any solids that may clock or overfill the system which in turn can cause a major fire hazard and/or pollute the environment. C. A CAL FIRE project representative will be present during the services to allow the operator inside and to help with any questions or concerns. D. Contractors shall follow the California Health and Safety Code Regulations for grease trap cleaning in commercial kitchens, along with food and beverage establishment health codes.
