Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The County seeks to outsource the development of content to be used in Probation’s Annual Report, social media platforms, billboard and radio advertising, and web site content and management. The following services are needed: a. Annual Report i. Writing script consisting of approximately 50 pages that will accompany photographs, statistical charts, and graphics. ii. Create graphics, charts, and narratives based on data provided by Probation. iii. Interview Probation staff, community-based organization partners, and write engaging script to highlight their stories. iv. Photographer to capture and edit photos of interviews. v. Videographer to record and edit video interviews. vi. Integration of QR codes on hard copy with links to videos on website and/or social media. vii. Prepare templates including photos, graphics, and narratives. viii. Integrate stock photography. ix. Print management. Coordinate with San Bernardino County Printing Services or other selected vendor(s) to manage hard copy. b. Recruitment i. Billboards (Static and Electronic) 1. Create billboard content. 2. Arrange for advertising dates with billboard companies. 3. Contract with billboard companies in strategic locations. 4. Provide analytic and/or efficiency reports, as requested. ii. Radio 1. Create recruitment advertisement audio for both sworn and non-sworn positions. 2. Arrange with radio stations for strategic run times and dates. c. Social Media/Web Site Content i. Create content for Probation to post, as needed. ii. Create templates or 30 to 60 second videos that are appropriate for social media posts. d. Website Content and Management i. The County has a website that is being deployed in a WordPress Enterprise environment which utilizes a robust system of content management and seeks to have the awarded Proposer provide back-up content management services for Probation. The WordPress Environment provides simple “widgets” and other tools to manage postings and other content. ii. Create training tools and secured access to the system and FTP site will be provided in order to effect the desired work to be completed. This will include training and access for cloud management, sharing and distribution. iii. Provide turnkey products that require few or no changes by Probation. iv. Provide files, digital and/or hardcopy; and intellectual property from above projects. v. Provide templates for website use by Probation.
