Specifications include, but are not limited to: Graphic Design and Mapping Services. Prepare and produce maps and other graphic materials, as well as recommend general design and format for staff reports, land use plans, annual reports, public outreach and information and similar documents. In addition, prepare exhibits and computer presentations for Commission meetings and other public events, design and produce other products such as brochures, special event invitations or office plans. Contractor will be expected to have a thorough understanding of land use planning and the use of contemporary application techniques to land use planning issues and problems, familiarity with geographic information system (GIS) software applications and translation of GIS data into desktop publishing software and have extensive experience in computer mapping and graphics.
