Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide graphic design and mail house services for the development of a Special Transportation Services Resources Booklet for senior citizens and disabled persons of Orange County. The Contractor must provide graphic design services to: • Creatively support OCTA’s efforts to inform the target population with the most appropriate transit/specialized transit mode(s)/services available in their geographic area • Enhance the perception of OCTA and Orange County’s programs and services with professionally styled written communications. • Seek innovative and cost-effective methods for communicating OCTA’s Mobility Management Program and its services Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide graphic design services for the Special Transportation Services Resource Booklet and at the end of the project, OCTA will own all materials produced and the Contractor shall waive any rights to ownership or copyright of materials produced. At the completion of the project, the Contractor must provide OCTA with electronic copies of the work produced. Final design products must be in the following software formats with PDF and color proofs provided: • Adobe Acrobat 6.0 [.pdf] or later • Adobe Illustrator CS3 [.ai, eps] or later • Adobe InDesign CS3 or later • Adobe Photoshop CS3 or later • Microsoft Office 97 (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) or later • Ability for File Transfer Protocol (FTP) transfer (OCTA has its own FTP site)
