Specifications include, but are not limited to:The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is soliciting bids from qualified and reliable firms to provide professional Graphic Design Services on an “as-needed” basis . The Contractor will furnish all personnel, labor, materials, and equipment to provide professional Graphic Design Services, in accordance with the specifications listed below and pursuant to work assignments by DWR on an “as-needed” basis. The Contractor will provide design and production services for print, web, and display based projects. Potential projects will include, but may not be limited to: graphic design for digital or offset print materials, reports, brochures, posters, visual presentations, logo and identity development, portable displays, conference exhibits, web design and brand strategy consultation. The Contractor may be required to work on multiple projects at a time.
