Specifications include, but are not limited to: The period during which the services described herein will be performed will be between October 1, 2018 - August 30 2021. The Department may select to continue to contract with their selected firms beyond that date with appropriate Supplemental Agreements. Services: The Departent of Public Works is interested in securing consultants who will be able to provide the following services:- Help develop campaign messaging and graphics for service education- Provide four color, two color, one color, or black and white ready-to-print art of various sizes and lengths - Design for web advertising, social media, website - Create multi-media products, including photography and videography- Provide at least three opportunities for comment on each piece during its creation- Utilization of Department branding standards, including fonts, logos, and PMS color matching - Provide graphic design services for collateral materials in non-English languagesThe consulting firm selected shall commit key individuals with experience and expertise in graphic design services.
