Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Lottery (Lottery) is inviting proposal responses from qualified vendors to provide Graphic Design Services to the Lottery headquarters in Sacramento. Qualified bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years experience performing the services specified in the Scope of Services a minimum of four graphic designers, one of which is a senior graphic designer to service the account a minimum of five (5) years combination of marketing/sales, communications, or corporate, experience and will have an office located in California at the time of contract execution.
