Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pasadena Department of Water and Power (“PWP”) is seeking the services of qualified firm(s) to research and identify potential grant opportunities and prepare competitive proposals for pursuit of grant funding for various projects for the City of Pasadena’s Water and Power enterprises. Specifically, PWP will require the consultant to identify and communicate federal, state, and local grant opportunities and tailor projects in the following fields: • Water Supply • Water Conservation • Power Distribution • Emerging Technology • Disadvantaged Community Area/Low-Income Programs • Power Supply • Energy Storage • Demand Management • Electrification • Energy Efficiency • Water and Power Facilities and Services • Constituent Education • Collaborative Grants with other Departments or External Partners
