The County of Merced (County) is soliciting responses from qualified respondents with demonstrated success in fund development, including grant research, grant writing services and possible administration/management of State, Federal or private grant awards. The selected respondent will provide assistance in researching and securing grants related to various areas, including but not limited to: public safety, parks and recreation, community centers, local infrastructure and capital improvement projects. This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains scope of work, evaluation process, general terms and conditions and the County’s template for professional services agreements. It is the intent of the County to execute a contract with the most qualified respondent. The contractor will work to identify suitable funding opportunities for the County based on Board priorities and community or organizational needs as well as remain available to respond to opportunities that the County identifies.
