All trees to remain in place. Debris to be disposed at a recycle dump site. 4 1 LS Treating Area 1, 2, and monument area: Landscape area 1, 2, and monument area shall be treated to avoid unwanted vegetation from growing back. A minimum of 3 spray applications are required at 14-day intervals. 5 1 LS Grading: The slopes in landscape area 1, 2, and monument area shall be regraded. The toe portion of each side of the slope shall be renovated to 12” width and 6” in depth. The excess soil shall be hauled away.
