Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Real-time space monitoring of each parking space. Utilize camera-based vehicle sensors with external parking space indicators that capture the LPN of vehicles parked in each stall.2.Real-time total vehicle counts.3.Real-time occupancy data to dynamic guidance signs, free space displays, UC San Diego website and mobile application(s).4.Real-time occupancy and LPN data to UC San Diego virtual server environment and workstations.5.Graphical interface to view occupancy status for each stall on each floor, zoom-in on user-selected areas, and the entire garage.6.Capability to create and modify premium or reserved areas within each floor.7.Capability to override stall indicating lights, monitor individual stalls, and set-create alarms/system notifications on select stalls. 8.Generate detailed and summary system occupancy, trend, and alarm reports.9.Include secure software that is access controlled by user name and password.10.Monitor all APGS equipment and be self-diagnosing when problems occur.
