The Project must be completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) working days, beginning ten (10) calendar days after the date on which the notice to proceed (“Notice to Proceed”), as described in [Article 42 of the General Conditions and Paragraph 3 of the Technical Specifications ] is sent by the City to the contractor submitting a bid for this Project (“Contractor”).The work to be performed under this contract consists of: Street & Storm Drain Improvements: Grinding existing pavement, placement of ARHM overlay, placement of traffic detection loops, construction of ADA curb ramps, constructing PCC sidewalk, residential drive approaches, curb, gutter, ribbon gutter, placement of CAB and AC base pavement, removal of existing CMP, removal of existing junction structure, removal of existing inlet structure and catch basin, installation of new transition structure, placement of 12” RCP, construction of a curb opening catch basin with local depression, trenching, excavation, backfill, and trench repair, utility support Adjusting to Grade: Utility valve covers, manhole covers and rings, monument wells, other appurtenances as necessary Domestic Water & Sanitary Sewer Improvements: Removing and/or abandoning-in-place and slurry-filling existing water main, placement of 12-inch diameter cement mortar-lined and coated steel pipe, relocation of existing water meters, installation of new water meter boxes, trenching, excavation, backfill, and trench repair, utility support, placement of valves, fittings, and appurtenances, domestic water service laterals, fire hydrant assemblies, reducer, air vacuum and air release valve assemblies, removing and replacing existing 4” VCP sewer laterals Street Lighting Improvements: Installing new street light poles, foundations, and LED light fixtures, installation of pull boxes and conduit, trenching, excavation, backfill, and trench repair, utility support, other appurtenances necessary to complete the project as described in the project plans and specifications
