IWA requires wellmanaged consultants with demonstrated skills and technical abilities, high levels of customer service, responsiveness, and satisfaction, to fulfill the requirements outlined below: • The firm must be an ESRI business partner. • The firm must have an ESRI Network Management Specialty. • The firm must be a Cityworks/Trimble business partner. • Minimum of 2 years of experience using ArcGIS Pro for editing data. • Knowledge of ESRI Suite of products used to produce and manipulate maps and apps. • Principles of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and associated software. • Experience with Cityworks (IWA’s EAM Software) Administration is required. • Database management principles include data conversion and transfers. • Knowledge of Information Systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Information Systems (CIS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. • Knowledge and experience in system integration technologies methods, tools, and types, i.e., application integration, data integration, and process integration. • Knowledge of middleware solutions and Application Programming Interfaces (API), messaging frameworks like JSON, REST, XML, SOAP, and web services, which facilitate smooth data exchange across various applications, enhancing overall business agility and connectivity. • Knowledge of methods used to describe the features of land, utilities and other infrastructure including their physical characteristics, locations, and spatial relationships. • Ability to: o Use deductive reasoning to analyze data and make recommendations on better workflow processes. o Publish map services for use by web applications such as ArcGIS Online. o Create dashboard capabilities using ESRI platform. o Analyze, design and prepare GIS data using GIS software applications. o Identify spatial relationships from data and infrastructure through maps, graphs, or tabular data. o Maintain or modify existing databases. o Enter data into new and existing databases, using techniques such as coordinate geometry, entry of tabular data, manual digitizing of maps, scanning or automatic conversion to vectors, or conversion of other sources of digital data. o Review existing incoming data for accuracy, usefulness, quality, and completeness. o Perform geospatial data building, modeling, or analysis, using advanced spatial analysis, data manipulation, or ArcGIS software. Provide technical support and training to users regarding daily maintenance, development, or operation of the GIS software, databases, equipment, and applications. o Graphically depict water assets using ArcGIS software. o Create map services for Cityworks and ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. o Empower field employees and enhance remote data collection into ArcGIS and Cityworks. o Ability to create programs for asset management within the Cityworks framework. o Utilize IWA’s ticket system for the handling of all issues, requests and projects. o Invoices need to reference the ticket number for payment to be processed. o Create Standard Operating Procedures for all work. • Other assigned GIS duties, as necessary
