• Full interior renovations across all residential units • Replacement and upgrading of building systems and infrastructure • Construction of a new 1,800 sq. ft. community building • Site work improvements, including new pathways, landscaping, and a new trash enclosure • Conversion of six units to meet full accessibility standards • Provide preconstruction services, including cost estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering • Develop and manage a detailed construction phasing plan in alignment with the relocation schedule • Ensure safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to residents and the surrounding neighborhood • Collaborate with Fresno Housing, the architect, and consultants to deliver the project on time and within budget
