General construction work consisting of single-trade and/or multi-trade exterior repair and renovation projects that will be delivered via Job Order Contracting (JOC) and occurring at University of California, Santa Cruz facilities. A list of University buildings applicable to this work is contained in the bidding documents. The scope shall be restricted to exterior building renovations. This may include work related to structurally or materially compromised balconies under SB721, structural repairs connected or are a continuation of exterior-related issues (e.g. cantilevered beams, etc.), interior put back directly related to structural repairs (such incidental work includes framing, drywall, paint, subfloor, flooring, wall base, etc.), repair, facade trim, exterior sealants, stucco, fog coating and exterior painting.
