I. Repair damaged main vehicle gate and fence line at the Glendale Armory to include the following: A. Demo Work: 1. Remove and dispose of damaged vehicle gate and fence panel. 2. Remove and dispose of damaged gate motor. B. Installation work: 1. Furnish and install a new cantilever style vehicle gate to match existing configuration. 2. Furnish and install a new gate motor to match existing configuration. 3. Furnish and install new safety devices to match existing configuration. 4. Furnish and install a new fence panel to match existing configuration. 5. Test new gate and motor to ensure proper operation with existing keypad entry system. C. All work shall be performed and accomplished in accordance with all current Local, State and Federal building codes and regulations, attached detail drawings and specifications contained herein. D. Clean up the area and remove all construction debris from the site.
