A. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the complete installation of an in-filled (if specified) synthetic grass surface with a stable draining base. The complete synthetic grass system shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to the following: Finished product shall have surface, subsurface or slope drainage. B. Finished product shall have a composite header board anchored to a permanent border. C. Finished product shall have surface prep to ensure surface shall not vary from a true plane more than 1/2” in 10 feet when measured in any direction. D. Finished productsshall be seamed to provide a resilient, continuoussurface over the entirety of the projectsurface. E. Finished productsshall be 100 % nail free with installation of adhesive and ¾” crown 18-gauge Electro-galvanized staples around perimeter. F. Finished product shall have CA prop 65 exempt infill. G. Quality Assurance: Manufacturer should have manufactured, and Installer should have installed synthetic grass surfaces for a minimum of 5 years.
