Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of the City of Glendale to obtain service of a graphic design Firm to provide design, graphic support and printing for the City of Glendale outreach materials on programs, projects and campaigns on an as needed basis, as requested. Firm shall use existing design of brochures and apply to all Public Benefit Program marketing outreach materials on an as needed basis. In addition to using existing brochure designs, Firm shall also come up with new designs for other program or marketing outreach materials such as fliers, posters, bill inserts, brochures, letters, door hangers, letterhead, press kit folders, Twitter or website backgrounds and ads, advertising on an as needed basis that fits a particular theme or need of the utility. There is a possibility at times of the educational and marketing materials being translated into Armenian, Spanish and Korean. Firm shall have access to a reliable translation firm for these languages. Graphic design services shall not be contracted out, however printing and translation services can be contracted out, but costs shall be incurred by Firm and billed to the City of Glendale on one invoice from the chosen Firm. The City of Glendale shall not pay a third party.
