Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City will establish an updated pool of graphic design professionals that can be contracted on an “as needed” basis for a variety of graphic and design services. Projects may include, and are not be limited to: brochures, letterhead, flyers, postcards, posters, public outreach materials, logo design, infographics, web design, billboard design, photo imaging, document layout, prepress/print coordination, and general design consultation. The City is seeking qualifications submissions from qualified graphic design professionals to assist the City with the development of materials. From a pool of qualified graphic designers, the City will have the ability to select one or more graphic designers for City Departments and Divisions to utilize for various projects. The pool of graphic designers shall have sufficient expertise in design and marketing to represent the work the City does through compelling visual work.
