Grant development consultant for strategic grants, revenue diversification, and infrastructure support services being requested by the Alameda County Healthy Homes Department (ACHHD). The Consultant will play a central role in expanding and diversifying ACHHD’s revenue through: ⦁ Development and submission of competitive federal and state grants (e.g., Competitive Federal and State Grants (e.g., U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); U.S. Department of Energy (DOE); California Department of Public Health (CDPH). ⦁ Internal system design for fund development infrastructure, workflows, and approval protocols. ⦁ Funder-facing messaging aligned with key strategic initiatives, including: o The County Service Area (CSA) ballot measure, o Prop 218 assessment models, and o Fee-for-service pilots.
