The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing and managing beverage concession services, including the setup, staffing, and operation of the Beer Garden during all contracted events. Services must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and promote a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. The Contractor shall perform the following tasks: • Complete and submit the liquor license application to the District at least 30 days before the event. • Coordinate with: o Beer vendor: Negotiate supply and pricing; meet in advance for inventory count. o Ice vendor: Determine quantities needed; meet on-site to receive delivery. • Provide a variety of beer options appropriate for event demographics. Variety shall include seasonal and craft beer options. District shall approve the variety list. • Train all servers in responsible alcohol service, ensuring each is properly certified (e.g., RBS certified).
