1. The County is seeking proposals to establish a contractual relationship whereby the Contractor, at its sole cost and expense design, develop, construct, implement, and manage the day-to-day operations of an aerial adventure park facility at Glen Helen Regional Park. Contractor will agree to pay a minimum annual lease fee (or monthly lease fee). The minimum amount of this lease fee will be subject to an appraised fair market value of the property. 2. Requirements: The Contractor, at a minimum, will be responsible for the following items: a. Managing the day-to-day operation of the contracted areas of the Park. b. Maintain hours of operation for the contracted Park area as follows: i. Park Areas shall be in operation year-round. c. Pay all costs associated with the maintenance and repair of all contracted facilities, amenities, and equipment used in the day-to-day operation of the contracted Park area.
