The work to be performed under this Contract will be done at SMUD's facilities at various locations generally within Sacramento County, California. These facilities are located at the SMUD Main Campus on S Street; 59th Street Corporation Yard; Folsom Boulevard Yard Campus (located behind the S Street Campus); East Campus Operation Center (located on South Bradshaw Road); Fresh Pond facilities located east of Pollock Pines, California; Rancho Seco Complex located in Herald, California; Solano Wind Project O&M Headquarters located in Rio Vista, California; and various SMUD electrical substations and any property owned or leased by SMUD. Each bidder is expected to visit the SMUD sites before task bidding to become thoroughly familiar with the nature and location of SMUD Facilities, the general and local conditions, including jobsite topography and ground conditions
