Specifications include, but are not limited to: Redding Electric Utility (REU) invites qualified security service firms to submit proposals to provide security service for the REU Oregon Street Substation Modernization project located at 1205 & 1235 Oregon Street in Redding, California. Security personnel will provide patrol and surveillance services or any other duties the REU representative or construction manager deems appropriate. Security personnel shall maintain two-way radio or cellular telephone contact with their headquarters and shall be equipped with radios or cellular telephones having the capability to conduct two-way conversations with the Redding Police Department, and/or other law enforcement agencies.
