1. Contractor shall attend and participate in BHSA Forums and other Community Program Planning activities. Contractor shall be familiar with the demographic and geographic composition of the county and shall provide services in a manner that provides equal opportunities for clients of diverse ethnic, cultural, and linguistic groups and addresses disparities. Contractor’s staff shall be trained in cultural responsiveness. Contractor shall ensure BHSA services are focused on wellness, recovery, and resilience in mental health. Services shall be client driven and when the client desires, shall include family and other supports indicated by the client. Contractor shall identify outcome measures appropriate to the services being provided and shall track the impact of services provided and provide report to County. 2. Contractor shall arrange for services that expand access to specialty mental health services and support increased integration and collaboration in the specialty mental health services. Contractor shall identify which of the four (4) designated age groups are being served: children and families ages zero to fifteen (0-15), transition aged youth ages sixteen to twenty-five (16-25), adults ages twenty-six to fifty-nine (26-59), and older adults ages sixty plus (60+). Contractors that serve more than one (1) age group shall track services by age group, and shall adjust outcome measures and services to be driven by developmental and milestone needs of each age. 3. BHSA Forums vary based on Stakeholder input and are currently every other month. BHSA data is due to the County quarterly and annually. Additional data requests may be requested for stakeholder events and community program planning activities.
