Specifications include, but are not limited to: The security guard will provide security by walking the perimeter and interior of all FRC buildings. The security guard will enter buildings, investigate all common areas within the buildings, and conduct a perimeter check to include the condition of the building and ensure there are no unauthorized persons on the grounds. The security guard will work to ensure that business is being conducted in a safe and orderly manner. The security guard must be familiar with his/her specific post orders as most recently amended by the CITY and the successful vendor. The successful vendor shall ensure that all duties outlined and other instructions issued by the Deputy FRC Administrator, Facility Coordinator and/or other CITY administrators are carried out as specified.
