QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: A. PM for the freezer doors, chill doors, and associated sensors listed in Exhibit A, Article III, will be completed by the Contractor starting in July, and once every 12 weeks thereafter, during the months of October, January, and April, as requested and scheduled by the CDE Contract Monitor or CDE designee. B. The Contractor will supply all tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide preventative maintenance service. C. All inspections and services requested are to be performed by certified technicians that meet the Contractor’s Minimum Requirements identified in Exhibit A, Article II. D. The Contractor is responsible for providing a scissor lift, when needed, to complete the inspection and preventative maintenance service to enable the technician to access and service all Rytec doors. The expense of the scissor lift must be included within the “Quarterly Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Service Rate” and not charged separately. E. The CDE will not pay truck or mileage charges for any services.
