This line item includes materials, water, fuel, equipment (excluding changeable message signs), vehicles, supplies, energy sources, tools, monitoring, supervision, and incidentals necessary for providing freeway off-ramp closure services. The Contractor shall complete the work in a satisfactory manner in accordance with the latest edition of the 2014 California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD). Freeway off-ramp closures could be required at any time, including nights and weekends. The Contractor shall provide services at the time and date specified by the CITY. StreetsLA will attempt to give the Contractor a minimum of three (3) weeks advance notice of closure, but a shorter notice will be given in the event of emergencies.
