Provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to install, reconfigure, repair, lift, adjust, disassemble, palletize, inventory, store and transport new, existing, and surplus freestanding modular systems furniture (MSF) components manufactured by Prison Industry Authority (PIA), AllSteel, Aspects, Tayco and Haworth and required MSF work for the term of this Agreement. This Agreement excludes installing, reconfiguring, repairing, adjusting, disassembling, and transporting new, existing, and surplus nonfreestanding MSF components that require seismic bracing per the California Building Code. This Agreement also excludes installing electrical wire and network cabling to and through MSF components. The Contractor shall install, reconfigure, repair, lift, adjust, modify, and disassemble new, existing, and surplus freestanding MSF components at various DMV field offices in Regions V to VIII (see Exhibit F) throughout Southern California.
