Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall blow all debris from all internal sidewalks to areas accessible to a sweeper. • Contractor shall sweep all debris from parking lots, and perimeter curb lines, and remove from site. Debris shall be disposed of by the contractor. • No debris shall be blown into any landscape or turf areas. • Work shall be done between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 am every day. No sweeping shall be done before 7:00 am as per City sound ordinance. • Work shall be done 7 days per week, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. • Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to perform the duties described in this request for proposal.
