The Projects consists of continuous LOR services for the full scope of the Franklin Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room, Kitchen, and Administration Building Replacement Project - DSA Application No. 03-125811, which includes, but may not be limited to: This project entails Alterations to 8-Buildings: B, C-1, C-2, D-1, D-2, and E-1 (A-14024, A03-103778), F/F-1 (A03-103778), and Library (A03-112943) Fire Alarm; Construction of 1-Lunch Shelter with Roof Mounted PV Panels and Associated Sitework, 1-Modular Administration Bldg (Based on PC04-121999), 2-Modular Buildings: Kitchen Bldg and Multi-Purpose Bldg, and 1-Covered Walkway. There will be 2-Increments under DSA Application #03-125811 as follows: • Increment # 1-Administration Building, Lunch Shelter, Covered Walkway, and Site Improvements o This increment has 100% Construction Drawings, Project Manual, & DSA 103 which have been provided as reference documents.
