Each unit shall be equipped with a Meritor RS-23-160 23,000lb. T-Series Single Rear Axle, or approved equal. 9. Each unit shall be equipped with a 23,000lb. Flat Leaf Spring Rear Suspension with Helper and Radius Rod. 10.Each unit shall be equipped with a 114 inch BBC flat room aluminum conventional cab.
