Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services requested under this Request for Quotes (RFq) shall include assisting the Port of San Francisco with the following Foreign-Trade Zone #3 activities: 1. Contractor shall prepare Annual Reports for the Foreign-Trade Zones Board in Washington D.C. 2. Contractor shall ensure that Port/FTZ #3 is in compliance with the U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Boards regulations, by conducting a regulatory compliance audit and making recommendations based on the audit results. 3. Contractor shall monitor Federal regulations, legislation, and policy relating to operation of FTZs. 4. Contractor shall assist the Port of San Franciscos Maritime Marketing Manager in developing business for FTZ #3. Tasks may include conducting research to identify promising markets and/or potential new FTZ customers and meeting with potential customers. 5. Contractor shall provide assistance to the Maritime Marking Manager in developing and executing marketing efforts.
