The Contractor shall provide in-person and over the phone foreign language interpreting services on an as-needed basis for the California school for the Deaf, Riverside (CSDR), located at 3044 Horace St., Riverside, CA 92506, as described herein. INTERPRETING SERVICES The Contractor will perform on-site and in-person interpreting services and telephone interpreting conferences at the following events that include, but are not limited to: 15 A. On-site interpreting services: The Contractor will provide multilingual spoken language interpreting (simultaneous and/or consecutive) services in a variety of settings that include, but are not limited to: 1. Interviews 2. Group trainings 3. Assessment services 4. Off-campus field trips 5. School performances 6. Award ceremonies 7. Administrative services – i.e. expulsion hearings 8. Graduations 9. Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) meetings 10. Parent/teacher conferences 11. School-wide events B. The Contractor will provide over-the-phone, multilingual spoken language interpreting services, simultaneously and/or consecutively in a variety of settings that include but are not limited to: 1. Parent/teacher phone conference 2. Health services 3. Counseling and school social worker assistance 4. Dorm/evening staff assistance
