Provide catering services capable of delivering coffee and hot or cold buffet-style or individual meals for breakfast and lunch (e.g., bagels, pastries, fruit, salads, sandwiches...etc.) to the Civic Center for scheduled meetings and events Provide regular Catering Services, which may include the following: o Board of Supervisors lunch meeting – occur on Tuesdays and take place two or three times a month. A copy of the BOS meeting dates will be provided to the awarded vendor. o Management Council lunch meetings – Quarterly. A copy of the Management Council meeting dates will be provided to the awarded vendor. Comply with operating hours at the Civic Center, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, except for County holidays. Preferred catering vendor for all County staff meetings and events at the Civic Center. Offer at least 25% of foods and beverages as locally sourced, certified organic, produced with another certified community-development or sustainable practice, or combination thereof When purchasing packaged products, give preference to products in recyclable, compostable, or biobased packaging.
