Project goal and objectives – a. Deep cleaning of floors which include stripping and waxing and diamond cutter to retain original sheen. i. Meet standards of floor care for the following: a. Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT): strip, deep clean and wax. b. Quarry Tile: scrub, degrease, deep clean and impregnate. c. Terrazzo: strip, deep clean and wax. d. Metal: remove scratches, wash and wax. b. Deep cleaning of kitchen two (2) times yearly which include: i. behind and underneath kitchen appliances cutting through build-up and grime. ii. sinks, inside and tops of cupboards, removal of grime, cleaning of drain/areas. iii. Inside and oven, scale and removal from kitchen tiles/floors. iv. detail cleaning of lobbies/stripping and waxing v. services as needed, possibly after hours, weekends and/or holidays.
