1. Determine if the system will be on-premises, hybrid, or in the cloud. a. For any cloud-based deployments, it is preferred that the solution is either FedRAMP or StateRAMP Certified. 2. Implement a fleet management system based on business requirements and system capabilities. 3. Install and configure vendor fleet management system. 4. Install and configure vendor fleet management system in Demo, Development, Test, and Production environment 5. Configure Secure Socket Layer (SSL), Security Asset Markup Language (SAML), Single Sign On (SSO), and Active Directory authentication for the vendor system. 6. Assist with configuring integration endpoints as needed for integration modernization. 7. Provide technical requirements and documentation as required: a. Provide recommended fleet management configuration. b. Provide a technical plan and requirements for implementing the recommended fleet management configuration. c. Provide descriptive documentation of all fleet management-related configuration work in all environments (Development, Test, and Production) d. Provide architectural diagrams for fleet management configuration for all environments (Development, Test, and Production) 8. Provide standby post-go-live support for at least 30 business days after the fleet management implementation is completed. 9. Provide a minimum 30-day warranty period post-go-live.
