Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) is issuing this Request for Proposals(RFP) in search for a candidate/vendor that has appropriate knowledge and experience inproviding Fiscal Intermediary (FI) Services to include Fiscal Management (FM) and HumanResources Management (HRM). This contract will encompass services for one cost center: theSan Francisco Homeless Outreach Team (SFHOT). The contract exhibit will be awarded to onevendor.The SFHOT scope of services and budget is expected to increase, and may double, in size overthe next few years. DPH seeks experienced, efficient, and effective office operations to meetfiscal and human resource needs, therefore allowing direct services to the homeless and the SanFrancisco community to be the main focus of daily activities
