Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City intends to contract with a PROVIDER to administer health risk appraisals, mental health services, physical training services, physical therapy services for non-work-related injuries, lifestyle/nutritional health coaching, and any other behavioral health and wellness supports to both the sworn and civilian staff of the SLTPD and SLTFR. The program and each of its services will be on an opt-in basis for staff. The Wellness & Injury Prevention Program is to be year-round, with the goal of improving the overall physical and mental health of all employees, and to reduce the number of work-related injuries.
