• Provider outreach and ongoing engagement: o Identify leadership at organizations whose staff may fall within the target population of Friday CAFÉs and connect with them to share information about the program and advocate for their staff to attend. ▪ We encourage proposers to share ideas for activities that will support ongoing engagement between organizational leaders and the Friday CAFÉ program. o Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of contact information for providers identified in the "Target Population" section of this RFP and use this list to drive attendance at and engagement with program offerings. • Host and facilitate a Friday CAFÉ steering committee/advisory council to inform program planning and implementation with members drawn from organizations that regularly engage with program offerings. This group should meet at least twice per year and should include both direct service and management staff. • Plan and implement Friday CAFÉs: o Determine schedules, modality (i.e. in-person or virtual) and locations (for in-person events) for 8-10 CAFÉs per fiscal year. There should be no fewer than two in-person CAFÉs each year. o Identify and collaborate with appropriate Conversation Catalysts to plan CAFÉ topics and activities. o Host and manage all aspects of each CAFÉ, including catering for in-person events. • Other activities relevant to sustaining and expanding a robust Friday CAFÉ program
