i. Provide all equipment, materials, supplies, personnel, transportation, hauling, trucks, disposing, dumpsters, testing services, licenses, labor supervision, tools, safety gear, properly equipped vehicles, insurances and permits necessary to perform the work stated herein. ii. Perform the firestop installation services for penetrations through fire rated construction in buildings located on the DSH-A hospital facility – see Exhibit A1. iii. Attend a pre-construction meeting with the Deputy State Fire Marshal (DSFM), Independent Fire Inspector (IFI), Construction Manager /Project Manager (CMPM), Project Coordinator (PC), and/or other designated DSH Staff. iv. Conduct a site walk in buildings requiring firestop installation services with the site PC or CM-PM to discuss and address any concerns prior to beginning firestop installation in the fire rated building. v. Attend any regularly scheduled (daily/weekly) and ad hoc meetings as requested by DSH. vi. Follow all applicable facility and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, including specific daily sign-in and sign-out requirements the facility for all onsite personnel.
