A. The contractor shall provide trained operators to monitor the security, fire and burglar system alarms 24 hours a day every day for the duration of the contract period. Monitoring equipment must be UL listed and approved. B. The State’s Representative will provide the contractor with the phone number to Northern Communications Dispatch (NORCOM). NORCOM will be responsible for notification of the State Parks Peace Officer (SPPO) on duty in the event of an alarm occurrence. The SPPO will provide resolution information regarding the alarm event to NORCOM. C. The contractor shall provide, at the immediate request of any SPPO information about any alarm activation or activity (to include trouble signals) that occurs on any of the State Park properties identified in this contract. The information shall include, but is not limited to the names, codes and times of the personnel that accessed a specific site for any given period within a month. D. Contractor shall provide quarterly preventative maintenance to all alarm systems during the following months as scheduled by the states representative: March, June, September and December. The quarterly preventative maintenance conducted on alarm equipment will include: fire alarms, smoke detectors, motion detectors, and all components associated with all alarm equipment. Maintenance shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Check wiring connections repair or replace back up batteries, as needed, and any other system components. 2. Perform routine equipment adjustments. 3. Perform overall and complete system checks, equipment inspection and equipment and system tests. 4. The contractor shall provide the State’s Representative a quarterly report for the thoroughly completed system checks, equipment inspections and equipment and system tests.
