General Scope FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS Quarterly inspections shall include a minimum of 25% of the locations indicated on Exhibit E. The first quarter is July, August, September. The second quarter is October, November, December. The third quarter is January, February, March. The fourth quarter is April, May, June. Contractor agrees to provide ALL parts, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to monitor, service, test, and repair, and maintain ALL existing fire alarm/Firefighter elevator recall systems, Primary & Secondary fire alarm monitoring systems that include electrical, heat, and smoke components and devices and software associated with the Notifier panels, ONYX computer system, new Notifier system, and OLD Notifier-Honeywell, Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and fire alarm power supplies. Contractor agrees to correct and repair ALL deficiencies listed in Exhibit F. Adhere to ALL National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) codes 72, 99, 25, 101. California Fire Code (CFC), (Title 24) and Ca Code of Regulations (Title-19). FIRE SPRINKLER SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS Quarterly inspections shall include a minimum of 25% of the locations indicated below at #25. The first quarter is July, August, September. The second quarter is October, November, December. The third quarter is January, February, March. The fourth quarter is April, May, June. Contractor to provide ALL parts, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform quarterly & annual inspection, testing, and maintenance for the fire sprinkler systems at Department of Developmental Services-Fairview Developmental Center (DDS-FDC). The Contractor agrees to correct and repair ALL deficiencies listed in Exhibit G. The Contractor shall service, repair, test, and maintain ALL fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, kitchen hood, standpipe systems, fire riser valves, fire hydrants, fire pump/associated components and distribution valves (OS&Y) (BACKFLOW), control valves, main sprinkler risers, sprinkler heads, Fire Department Connections (FDC), gauges, flow testing, main drain, valves (all types), hangers/seismic bracing, pipes and fittings, flow switches and tamper switches associated with Fire alarm systems to meet requirements of National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA 25, 99, 101, 72) and California Code of Regulations (CCR) Tile-19 and California Fire Code Title 24 (CFC T-24).
