The Fire Station 1 Site Improvements Project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of but are not limited to: Site improvements and grading, survey, demolition, concrete removal and replacement, concrete structural section, asphalt concrete, site ADA modifications, site sewer replacement and sewer lateral connection, gates and fencing, miscellaneous electrical modifications, site signing and striping, gas line installation, existing natural gas generator relocation, mechanical sump pumps and wet well, storm drain improvements, water quality improvements, storm chambers, modular wetland systems, and other ancillary work as shown on the plans, these special provisions/specifications, or as directed by the City Engineer.
