1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, personnel, and incidentals such as grease, locks, chains, and any other items not specifically mentioned in this Agreement necessary to: provide the DSH with full fire protection preventative maintenance services, inspections, testing, and repair services for fire suppression systems excluding fire extinguishers. 2. Contractor shall provide monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspection and service of the fire suppressions systems to include fire sprinkler systems, kitchen hood systems, fire hydrants, fire hoses, standpipes, fire pumps, water storage tanks and exit lights. 3. Contractor to perform quarterly fire sprinkler inspection, monthly exit light testing, an annual sprinkler inspection, an annual exit light inspection. and the annual fire hydrant services for forty-nine (49) hydrants, service calls, truck charges as well as any weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual required inspections. 4.
