Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR CONDUCTING PERIODIC FIRE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DRILLS; 1) Fire Drills 6 Each ; 2) Disaster Drills 3 Each ; 3) Emergency Plan 1 Each ; 4) Virtual Hospital Committee Meetings 6 Each ; 5) Virtual Collaboration Meetings: (assistance with development & review of virtual (PowerPoint) in-house training for new hire orientation) 3 Hour ; Contractor shall conduct fire drills and emergency management (disaster drills and/or evacuation) drills and have knowledge of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Life Safety Code (LSC) requirements related to facility physical compliance, fire safety, Emergency Operations Plan, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), and staff training. Contractor shall achieve the following process objectives 3.5.1. Contractor shall conduct up to twelve (12) fire drills (once per shift per quarter) annually. 3.5.2. Contractor shall conduct up to two tabletop disaster drills per year in collaboration with the County of San Diego (COSD) or the State of California.
