Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review – Review and assess the existing Fire Development Wellness Program, as well as any documentation related to the existing Program, and make recommendations for changes or additions if applicable. 2. Data Collection & Development – Work with Cosumnes Fire to collect the necessary data and to develop additional data required to fully support a comprehensive Wellness Program. 3. Health Screening – Conduct comprehensive health screening, NFPA compliant blood work, and functional movement screening for half the fire department complement of line firefighters, fire prevention personnel, and fleet personnel annually (approximately 75 personnel). 4. OSHA Yearly Services – Conduct annual vision, audiology, QuantiFERON Tuberculosis testing, and flu shots for approximately 170 personnel each year. 5. Quarterly Wellness Drills – Prepare and conduct quarterly wellness drills for the following: a. All line personnel (1 to 2 hour class; 9 classes quarterly attended by 15 people per class; 3 classes per shift/day; 3 shifts for a total of 36 classes per year). b. All Cosumnes Community Services District Parks, Recreation, and Administration personnel (1 to 2 hour class; approximately 12 classes quarterly attended by 50 people per class; 3 classes per day).
