i. Monthly Inspections (B168, Unit A-4): 1. Contractor shall complete visual checks of the fire alarm system, including control panels, power supplies, and other visible components, to ensure no tampering, apparent issues or system troubles. ii. Quarterly Testing: 1. Contract shall provide more in-depth tests of notification devices (like horns and strobes) and other critical components to verify communication and alarm activation. iii. Semi-Annual Testing: 1. Contractor shall test water flow devices, tamper supervision devices, and smoke/heat detectors, sensitivity testing to ensure they are operating within the prescribed sensitivity range. iv. Annual Inspections: 1. Contractor tests of the entire fire alarm system, including all components, and battery testing. v. Emergency and Non-Emergency Services and Repairs: 1. Contractor shall provide emergency and non-emergency services outside of the regularly scheduled maintenance and inspection requirements. Contractor shall provide contract to a 24-hour dispatch to report such incidences.
