This Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the Controller’s Office (hereinafter, “City”). Controller’s Office, on behalf of all City Departments, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) for: a. A hosted financial reporting solution that integrates with PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM); b. Professional services necessary to implement the solution to comply with the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) reporting requirements, both Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), and including both technical integrations and preparation of the final report; and c. Ongoing hosting services which includes software licenses, software maintenance, updates and upgrades, for at least 9 years.
