Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is seeking qualified providers to expand in-home respite care services across San Mateo, San Francisco, and Marin counties. These projects aim to address a pressing need for culturally and linguistically responsive respite care within each county, as identified through GGRC’s service needs assessments. With over 163 recent requests for respite care, GGRC is committed to enhancing access to quality in-home support for diverse families across our region. In-home respite care provides essential relief to primary caregivers, enabling them to take necessary breaks while ensuring the individuals they care for receive consistent, safe, and supportive care in their own homes. Each of these projects will support the recruitment, training, and development of qualified respite providers capable of delivering services that are accessible to the unique and varied communities GGRC serves.
